The Hurley-Byrd Bird Feeder Co. has a very simple policy. Our Customers will be pleased with our products and services. 100% Satisfaction is our goal.
Here is how it works:
Warranty: Every bird feeder we sell comes with a ten (10) year warranty and the complete deer feeder line carries a five (5) year warranty. Inside the box with your new feeder is a simple registration card. This form MUST be completed and returned within thirty (30) days. You may also registrar your warranty on-line. See the link on the left hand side bar. Your warranty will be activated once we receive the registration. No registration, no warranty. Once registered, you can return the feeder at any time. It is at our discretion on how your item will be handled. If we can reasonably repair your feeder, it will be repaired. If it is unreasonable to repair, you will receive another feeder absolutely FREE. Obviously, we are continually upgrading and making changes to produce better products for our Customers. If we no longer make your exact model, you will receive a model as nearly identical to your original. We will never send you a lesser model, instead you will receive the next highest upgrade.
Please do not return feeders with obvious abuse. (Example - feeder shows farm tractor tire tread marks - yes, this really happened). We will not honor blatant misuse or abuse and this is at our discretion. We will honor nearly anything else though. You will be responsible for the shipping of the feeder to us but we will repair, replace and ship it back to you at no further cost. To help offset your shipping cost, you will receive a certificate for 10% off your next purchase from The Hurley-Byrd Bird Feeder Co..
100% Satisfaction: When buying a new feeder you have thirty (30) days to return it for a full refund. If you are not 100% pleased with your new feeder, we will either credit the purchase price toward another model or refund your money. This is YOUR CHOICE. We do not pay for shipping costs. The shipping will be your responsibility. You will receive a credit or check for the purchase price only. The item must be in its original box, in unused condition, not damaged and you will need a return authorization from us. Contact us in writing, or through this web site via e-mail for an authorization. You will be asked if you want a replacement feeder (same model or different model) or your money back. If you desire a refund, we will require a proof of purchase, copy of invoice, cash register receipt, etc.. We DO NOT pay any additional costs related to shipping, packing and handling. We cover your purchase price of the product.
Our Procedure: Upon receipt of your product here at The Hurley-Byrd Bird Feeder Co.:
1) We will inspect the feeder to verify it is our product.
2) The item will be inspected to verify it was not used, misused or abused (whatever is appropriate).
3) Confirm all pertinent documents are with the item.
4) Repair or replace your item.
5) Send your replacement or write you a check.
It's as simple as that!
We feel this is a pretty simple process and we are very liberal on your returns. Again, we strive for 100% satisfaction. If you're not happy, we're not happy. We want you to feel confident that you really are buying Furniture for Your Feathered Friends.
