Happy Hemlock - Extra Long MD
Local Grown Hemlock - Hemlock and all other piney lumbers are always knotty and gorgeous. This Extra Long MD is no different except this hemlock has just a hint of spalting going on. It simply requires photos to appreciate it best....... just imagine what it looks like in person????
Hemlock - This slightly over-length MD is crafted completely of Hemlock. Not a stitch of
anything but hemlock. Hence it's name, Happy Hemlock. I have used slightly thicker lumbers
everywhere to stiffen up the whole. The beauty of this feeder is amazing.
The more one looks at it, the more one finds.
Overall Size: 32" in length, 20" in width and 20" in height.
Weight: 35 Pounds empty.
Feeder's Plexiglas shown with it's protective paper covering. The new owner will remove it at installation.

I love knotty wood like this beautiful hemlock. This particular tree was harvested locally due to new road construction, then milled by a sawyer who lives 1/2 mile from HB and then we put it in our lumber dry kiln, affectionately called The Greehouse.
